Questionnaires

On the Questionnaires tab, select the questionnaires you want to send to custodians.

One or more questionnaires can be sent to custodians. Once the Hold Notice has been sent, other questionnaires can be selected/defined and sent with follow up messages.

The answers to the questionnaires can be viewed here too.

Questionnaire Types

• Hold Acceptance Questionnaire 
  The Hold Acceptance Questionnaire can only be defined when the hold is in the Draft status. The questionnaire will be sent with the first Hold Notice. 
• Custom Questionnaires
  All other questionnaires. An existing questionnaire template can be selected or a new one can be created with the Create New Questionnaire button:
