Produce Documents
Once the review process has been completed and the quality of the review process has been tested by sampling, the documents are ready for production. All documents which have the 06 DSAR Production Ready tag are then selected and produced.
The GDPR requires the information to be provided to the data subject in an accessible, concise and intelligible format. No particular format is required by the legislation, as long as the controller takes into account both the circumstances of the requester and whether or not the requester is able to access the data in that particular format.
This is usually the last step in the process; the (redacted) documents are produced and ready to be sent to the data subject.
If the user has decided that the documents have been thoroughly filtered, tagged, stored and/or anonymized and/or pseudonymized, the processed documents can be produced. The documents can be produced in either Image file (TIFF or PDF), Native File or Text File. The production process is started in Document List view. Here, the user must filter the documents to only show the documents that will be processed. This is commonly done by tagging the documents that are ready for production with a Production tag, but other tags can be applied instead of the Production tag.
