Step 2: Add and Start a Project

Prerequisites

  • Create a saved search for the data you want to include in the Assisted Review project. 

    Tip: Name this saved search clearly, to distinguish it from the saved searches in step 1. 

 

Instructions

  1. From the navigation tree of ZyLAB ONE, select Assisted Review.

  2. Select + Add Project  (or, when other projects have been created already, select   and then select + Add Project).

  3. Define the Project Settings.


    • Define a Project Name.
    • Select the arrow next to Select Project Search Query, click Saved Searches and select the Saved Search for the data to include in this project. 


    • Click Create. 
  4. Define one issue and create the initial training set based on the tags Intelligent Search - R and Intelligent Search - NR.           
    The issue name defines the training batch in Facet overview in ZyLAB One.
    • Select + Add Issue.
    • Define the Issue Name:

       

    • Create the Initial Training Set of the issue based on existing tags (the saved searches from step 1: Search and Tag):


    • Click Save.
    • Click Next.
  5. Review the project summary and click the Start Project button. 
  6. The classification process will be started. The progress can be viewed in the Assisted Review Progress tab.
  7. After the project has been created, the issue will be shown in the Assisted Review Progress tab.  

  8. Continue with Review Training Results.
